Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Free Shipping: Enjoy free delivery on orders over $49 USD (before tax and discounts).
Express Shipping: Expedited options are available for an additional fee.

Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Linen by Joy is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase.
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided that they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

To qualify for a return:

Items must not be custom-made, personalized, or on final sale.
You must contact us within 3 days of receiving a defective or incorrect item.

Custom-made, personalized, or clearance items are non-refundable.

If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
After production or shipping begins, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

7. Authenticity Guarantee

All Linen by Joy products are 100% authentic and crafted by our team.
If you receive a non-authentic item, we will refund double the amount paid — guaranteed.

8. Custom and Handmade Orders

Custom-made garments typically require 2–6 weeks for completion.
Once production has started, custom orders cannot be modified, returned, or canceled.
Each handmade item may vary slightly due to craftsmanship and fabric differences.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, photos, logos, and text — is the property of Linen by Joy.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Linen by Joy shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or products.
In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
